This therapeutic modality involves the simultaneous participation of both psychotherapist and body therapist in the session, to help a patient release and process deep emotional issues as well as chronic pain. Muscles hold on to memories and trauma. In this treatment we can pinpoint where the emotion lives in the body and help release this trauma and holding patterns that keep us in physical, mental and spiritual discomfort.

Samantha, the owner of Flow Massage & Wellness, is a Natural Health Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Mind Body Integration Therapist. She specializes in pain and dis-ease management by connecting her clients' chronic pain/dis-ease and their emotional holding patterns. She has been a bodyworker for 21 years, with a focus in myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic drainage, energy healing and mind/body integration.

“We scheduled a couples massage for Valentine's Day, and the owner was very accommodating in getting us scheduled. Easy to find the location and it was a very relaxing atmosphere going in, it smelled relaxing! The sheets on the massage table were so nice we snuck a peek at the tag so we could get our own. I felt like the massage I received was the best massage the therapist could give. I told her the areas I felt that I needed to have extra attention to. She did a full body 90 minute massage, got all the areas I requested and wrapped it up with a scalp/cranium massage. It was a full 90 minutes and very thorough. I can honestly say it was the best massage I can remember having. I left feeling relaxed, stretched, and released. We definitely got our money's worth and plan on returning in a few weeks!”
